Basic Shipping (7-12 Cards)
Quick guide for shipping 7-12 cards.
Materials
For lower-value orders, you’ll need these five things:
- Penny sleeves
- 2x semi-rigid card holders, sometimes known as a Card Saver
- Plain white envelope
- Sheet of paper
- Masking tape or painter’s tape
Steps
- Insert cards into penny sleeves, don’t force them but most can hold three cards comfortably.
- Insert the sleeved cards into semi-rigid card holders.
- Fold the paper so that it will fit neatly into the envelope
- Use masking or painter’s tape to attach the card holders to the inside of the paper, so that they overlap as little as possible - the cards must not overlap.
- Address the envelope and confirm it matches the order.
- Insert the card holders and seal the envelope.
You can then stamp & deposit the card holder directly into Canada Post mailboxes.
Tips
- Semi-rigid card holders are machinable.
- Tape ensures the card holder won’t move around, masking tape reduces the risk of getting a sticky residue on the cards.
- Card holders provide a tight fit, so the cards won’t move around.
